All Iconic Ginger items are made to order to ensure quality and care. Orders are created the day after purchase and typically ship within 2–3 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business dayswithin the U.S., depending on your shipping carrier and location.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Iconic Ginger is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at theiconicginger@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll help resolve the issue.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times and rates vary depending on location and customs processes. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
